Your adventure begins with booking your tickets! While you can purchase tickets at the dock (subject to availability), we highly recommend booking online to guarantee your spot on your preferred date and time. Simply visit the “Tickets”section on our website, click “BUY TICKET”, fill in your contact details, and select your cruise date and time. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the exact boarding location.

📌 Important: Please arrive at the dock 15 minutes before departure—we’ll also remind you of this in your confirmation email. If you can’t make it on your scheduled date, just email us at info@rejsy.krakow.pl at least 24 hours before departure, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your cruise.

On the Day of Your Cruise

To ensure a smooth departure, please arrive early so we can check passenger numbers and get everyone on board efficiently. The capacity of each vessel varies:
🚤 Catamaran & Gondola – up to 12 passengers
🚢 Legenda – up to 90 passengers
🚢 Horyzont – up to 150 passengers
